Zive develops ‘Kiwi for Gmail’, an email desktop application for Mac and Windows users. The application turns G Suite applications like docs and slides, into Windows desktop applications.  Zive is currently developing a second product: Kiwi for Salesforce. 

Cantilever’s initial investment in Zive was in the form of convertible debt, since converted to Series A-1 preferred shares taking advantage of a $9.5M cap value on a $15M pre-money round.
